Cancelation policy:

Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations/Rescheduling WITH more than 24 hours' notice: No fee will be charged.

• Cancellations/Rescheduling WITH LESS than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will apply.

• No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service amount or forfeiture of the voucher.
